MISSION STATEMENT
We are a student organization dedicated to developing a working relationship between our school’s faculty members and student body in order to promote school pride and academic achievement and to empower the voices of students attending Cypress Lakes High School
OBJECTIVES
COMMITTEES

EVENT
The purpose of this committee is to cohesively work together in order to brainstorm, plan, and host all school-based events sponsored by Student Council. Members would be partaking in the facilitation of celebrations, socials, pep rallies, and other on-campus events with the goal to promote involvement in school activities and boost leadership.

Service
The purpose of the committee is to expand community involvement within and outside our school by providing opportunities to serve the greater community as well as help those in need. Members would be overseeing volunteer opportunities such as assisting with school events, holiday decorations, local organizations, civic engagement, etc.

Publicity
The purpose of this committee is to publicize Student Council activity and promote the organization throughout the school and community. Members of this committee may utilize several forms of advertisement such as flyers, posters, and social media to broadcast the organization’s values and endeavors.

Finance
The purpose of this committee is to manage Student Council funds, budget proposals, and financial reports to allocate resources effectively in order to support events, projects, and other initiatives organized by this club. Members of this committee will be in charge of coordinating fundraisers on and off campus, including bake sales, holiday grams, and collaborative events with local businesses.
